At #1 Workwear Store, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your workwear doesn't meet your expectations, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all industrial tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar secure container, ensuring all original labels and protective packaging are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely tape it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt to track your return's progress to our warehouse.
